Mark your calendars! IPIC and McGill’s School of Continuing Studies invite you to the highly anticipated Intellectual Property Summer Program—a premier learning experience designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and legal experts looking to deepen their knowledge in IP law.

Taking place in person at McGill in Montreal, this professional development program offers three optional courses led by top industry experts, providing you with practical insights and strategies to navigate the evolving landscape of IP. Taught by seasoned IP practitioners, the program consists of three courses in the areas of patents, trademarks and copyright. Participants can sign up for individual modules or full courses to gain knowledge of a specific area of IP, acquire the insights needed to protect an IP portfolio, or advance their careers in the area of IP law.

This year’s courses will include some of the most trending topics in the field:

AI & Copyright – Explore the implications of artificial intelligence on copyright protection and ownership.
Trademark Strategies – Learn best practices for selecting, filing, and defending trademarks in today’s fast-changing market.
IP in Digital Media & Gaming – Understand how copyright law applies to virtual reality, online games, and user-generated content.
