Results Are In: IPIC's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Survey!

IPIC is pleased to share some highlights from our first ever Equity, Diversity and Inclusion survey conducted this year. 

A huge thank you to members of the Canadian IP Profession for providing your feedback and for taking the time to participate. The survey results confirmed that IPIC’s commitment to EDI is a priority for our members and the Profession generally. The survey data has also been very helpful in prioritizing the various EDI initiatives that we have planned for 2023. 

Additional information will be available early in the New Year. IPIC is also planning to host a focus group with Global Learning Inc., the third-party equity, diversity, and inclusion firm that conducted the survey on our behalf. This will provide an opportunity to discuss and answer any questions about the results.
