PROFESSIONAL POSITION OPENINGS

We are seeking the following:

1. A trademark agent with two plus (2+) years’ experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, and oppositions. Preference will be given to the candidate with a law degree. 1. 2. A mid-level associate with four (4) or more years of relevant experience to join our Patent Prosecution Group as a Class 1 patent agent. An undergraduate degree in engineering or applied science will be considered an asset and preference will be given to the candidate with a law degree.
