What you’ll do:

Prepare and file Canadian trademark applications
Respond to Examiner’s Reports and other CIPO correspondence
Conduct clearance searches and provide risk assessments
Assist with opposition and cancellation matters
Support international filings and liaise with foreign counsel
Help manage client portfolios and maintain deadline calendars

What we’re looking for:

Registered Canadian Trademark Agent, or in the final stages of qualification
1–2 years of experience in Canadian trademark prosecution
Familiarity with the Trademarks Act and CIPO procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
