This webinar will highlight and discuss the key terms of an IP licensing agreement that every IP professional should be familiar with. The objective of the program is to better equip IP professionals to spot not-so-obvious licensing issues to help their clients maximize the value of their IP and minimize risk when exploiting licensed IP. The webinar will discuss differences between licensing terms involving different forms of IP. The speakers will attempt to identify industry-specific best practices in the context of the key terms canvassed in the webinar.

Participants will view the webinar’s presentation online and hear the presenters by phone or through the computer. A web link and audio coordinates will be provided to the registrant the day before the webinar.
