Prepare for the Canadian Qualifying Trademark Agent Examination by participating in IPIC's Trademark Agent Tutorials.
Candidates for these Tutorials should be planning to sit for the Canadian Qualifying Trademark Agent Examination.
The Tutorials consist of two practice exercises modeled after Part A and Part B of the Exam. Answers to the questions will be marked by tutors and reviewed in two virtual sessions to be held on September 28 & 29, 2021, 12 pm – 2:30 pm (ET).
The practice exercises will be distributed to candidates on August 10, 2021. All candidates will be required to submit written answers to the exercises by August 31, 2021.
This program is eligible for up to 5 Substantive Hours.

The College of Patent Agents & Trademark Agents (CPATA) has set the following dates for the 2021 qualification exams.

New Trainees
Individuals who are writing the Qualifying Examinations or beginning their training must register with the CPATA as either a Patent or Trademark Agent in Training (a Class 3 Licensee). No fees will be charged in 2021 for this class. The forms and process for these applications may be found on the CPATA website under Agents & Trainees.

A refund is available up to and including August 4, 2021 less a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued after August 4, 2021, but substitutions will be considered.
