The IPIC Trademark Exam Prep Course is an in-depth program intended to prepare candidates for the Canadian Trademark Agent Qualifying Examination.

IPIC Member: $1,200 plus applicable tax
Non-Member: $1,500 plus applicable tax
This program may be eligible for up to 22 substantive hours: 2 hours per completed assignment and 1 hour per case law webinar

Enrollment is limited; should it become necessary to restrict the number of participants, preference will be given to those planning to sit for the 2021 Trademark Agent Qualifying Examination.

Financial aid may be available for students whose tuition fees are not paid by an employer. Applicants will be considered on the basis of their annual income. Please contact the IPIC office at admin@ipic.ca or 613-234-0516.
A refund will be granted up to and including August 9, 2021, less a $100 cancellation fee. Substitutions will be considered.
The College of Patent Agents & Trademark Agents (CPATA) has set the following dates for the 2021 qualification exams.

New Trainees
Individuals who are writing the Qualifying Examinations or beginning their training must register with the CPATA as either a Patent or Trademark Agent in Training (a Class 3 Licensee). No fees will be charged in 2021 for this class. The forms and process for these applications may be found on the CPATA website under Agents & Trainees.
