The new Patent Rules will be pre-published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, in early December, 2018, and may come into force as early as fall 2019. December 2018 is also the last opportunity for the public to comment on the draft Rules before the final Rules are published in mid-2019. This webinar will cover:
