Welcome to IPIC’s Mental Health in the Workplace On Demand Module!

Understanding mental health is key to a supportive workplace. This eLearning module provides practical tools to recognize challenges, address stigma, and foster a culture where individuals feel safe, supported, and able to thrive. It also explores how emotions influence work and provides strategies for building healthier, more resilient teams and organizations.

The Key Concepts

  • Understanding mental health as a spectrum - from thriving to struggling, and how internal, external, and systemic factors play a role.
  • Recognizing signs of mental health challenges - changes in behaviour, productivity, and physical well-being that may signal distress.
  • Reducing stigma in the workplace - addressing unconscious bias, challenging harmful norms, and creating space for honest conversations.
  • Building a supportive culture - strategies for self-care, supporting colleagues with empathy, and embedding mental health into organizational practices.

Why It Matters

  • For individuals: stronger well-being, focus, and resilience.
  • For organizations: reduced turnover, higher engagement, better performance, and a healthier culture.

By the end of this session, participants will walk away with actionable tools to support themselves, their colleagues, and the workplace, because when mental health is a priority, everyone benefits.

Complete the module today and help create a healthier, more inclusive workplace.
