  • Explain the test for inducing infringement
  • Provide an overview of the recent Court of Appeal case law including (Sandoz v. Jansson, 2023 FCA 221, Teva v. Janssen, 2023 FCA 68, Apotex v. Janssen 2024 FCA 9, Pharmascience v. Janssen, 2024 FCA 10) relating to inducing infringement; and
  • Reconcile the recent Court of Appeal case law with prior inducing cases such as Angelcare v. Munchkin.
