The webinar will provide attendees with a broad overview of the legal considerations associated with online content as well as practical and cost-effective strategies to clear copyrights across different categories of works – from images to music to AV to software. The panel will provide tips for establishing effective clearance procedures and guidelines, discuss how to clear rights both directly and through collectives and whether fair dealing or other exceptions apply to online uses of copyright-protected works.
