CIPO’s Trademarks and Industrial Designs Branch will hold a virtual town hall meeting to share what steps it continues to take to resume and adapt its services during the COVID-19 pandemic to maintain the IP rights of clients, to prevent inadvertent loss of rights, and to the extent possible provide certainty and predictability to the marketplace while harmonizing with international trading partners. The webinar will also provide some insight on what’s to come and members of the Branch will be available to answer questions.
