Practice before the Trademarks Opposition Board (TMOB) is a key part of trademark prosecution practice in Canada. With the upcoming amendments to the Trade-marks Act, oppositions may become more important.
Please join our speakers as they discuss strategies, best practices and practical approaches to practice before the Trademarks Opposition Board. The speakers will discuss evidence before the Board, the extension and timing practice, and the different grounds of opposition.
