Possible Amendments to the Patent Act and Patent Rules

A list of issues in Canadian patent law and corresponding possible amendments to the Patent Act and Rules was prepared for consideration, categorized by importance. The groupings were based upon patent agents’ experiences with the Canadian and international IP systems, and the experiences of their clients.
