IPIC Submission on the Regulations Establishing Time Limits in Relation to Matters Before the Copyright Board

IPIC would like to comment on the proposed Regulations (the “Regulations”) under reference, which  were published in the Canada Gazette on Saturday, April 27, 2019. The stated purpose of these Regulations is to address the longstanding issue of the delays in the Copyright Board’s decision-making process.
