Mentorship is a GREAT benefit of membership!
To enrol in the IPIC Mentorship Program, you must be an IPIC member.
The IPIC Mentorship Program pairs IPIC members seeking mentoring with experienced practitioners to foster career development and facilitate integration into the IP community. The program aims to promote the transfer of experiential knowledge and to encourage mentees to acquire networking skills, develop competencies, as well as manage client relationships.
The Mentorship Program is not a training program and trainees who enrol should not expect to be paired with a licensed agent for training purposes.
Mentors should have at least 10 years of experience in IP.
Mentors and mentees will be matched based on areas of practice and identified needs. Agents in training should not enter the program for the purpose of training with a licensed agent.
Please read the Mentorship Guidelines before proceeding to enrolment.
