There is still time to participate in IPIC's Grassroots Election Advocacy Campaign!
The federal election has been called, and we are asking for your support in ensuring candidates know about the intellectual property profession and the important work that we do. Over the course of the next few weeks, and until Election Day on September 20th, IPIC will be running a grassroots campaign to support meetings between members and their local federal election candidates. The goal of the campaign is to continue raising the profile of the profession and the work that we do that supports the Canadian economy with future decisionmakers.
If you are interested in taking part in this campaign, please contact our Public Affairs advisor Kyle Larkin (email@example.com) and cc: IPIC CEO Adam Kingsley (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name and postal code. From there, IPIC will arrange all the logistical details including arranging the meeting at a time that is convenient for you. While we are only looking for a limited number of participants in each region of Canada, please don’t hesitate in expressing your interest in participating as meetings will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you would like to learn more about the program and volunteer requirements, please see our Grassroots Advocacy Kit for this campaign. If you have any questions at all, please contact IPIC CEO Adam Kingsley at your convenience.
