IP Administrator (Virtual)
We are currently hiring a full-time IP Administrator to Work from Home. This position will be fully remote.

Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of Canadian, US and International intellectual property administration
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Organized and independent
Ability to learn quickly
Strong written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
Comfortable working both independently and as a member of a team
Experience with a variety of IP management software (Jurivox) and various Patent Office websites
Paperless office
The successful candidate should have experience in the following:
Preparing, organizing and filing PCT National Phase and Convention patent applications for filing with CIPO
Preparing, organizing and filing PCT International applications for filing with the Canadian Receiving Office
Preparing, organizing and filing US applications for filing with the USPTO
Liaising with clients and foreign associates
Filing Canadian and U.S. Office Action responses with CIPO and the USPTO
Preparing documents for Request for the Global Patent Prosecution Highway (GPPH)
Processing, docketing, and monitoring patent deadlines
Preparing and filing Industrial Design applications for filing in Canada
Reviewing and reporting official correspondence to clients
